Supporting people in our communities to:
- Help rebuild confidence in walking and improve general strength and balance with gentle exercises to promote improved mobility and physical activity
- Enable social inclusion by befriending, and accompanied visits to exercise/social groups
Referrals to this programme can only be made via GP/Social Prescribers, NHS and various local support groups (eg: Alzheimers Society, Stroke Association). Under current Covid-19 restrictions we are unable to deliver this face to face but are offering support via weekly newsletters and befriending calls.
